Conclusion
The portrayal of religion in Arrested Development is a very interesting topic. Though it does not appear as frequently as it does in the Simpsons, because the Bluth's do not practice religion as a family, it is satirized enough to examine it. Though the views of the Bluth's on religion are somewhat offensive, they clearly are not in the same boat as South Park whose satirization is far more offensive than anything this show does.
